Stabling

Daily Care

Feeding

  • Premium quality hay fed multiple times daily or free-choice where appropriate
  • . Offering both Timmothy and Alfalfa.
  • Indoor board: 2–3 grain feedings per day (AM/PM/night check); outdoor board: 1 grain feeding per day — alterations available
  • Fresh, clean water available at all times
  • Supplements and medications administered per owner directives

Turnout

  • Individual or small group turnout — no more than 3 horses per group
  • Standard hours (weather permitting): Summer 7:30 AM–6 PM · Winter 7:30 AM–4 PM · Rehabilitation: custom

Ongoing Care

  • Night check at 9 PM daily — hay and water top-ups, grain, medication, or care as required
  • Daily health and wellness monitoring by experienced staff
  • Daily stall cleaning (indoor); regular shelter and paddock maintenance (outdoor)
  • Full-service blanketing, booting, and required changes
  • Fly control and pest management; fly sheets applied and managed seasonally

Facility Maintenance

  • Arenas harrowed a minimum of 3x per week

Supplies & The Twisted Standard

Supplies & Amenities

  • Basic grooming supplies provided — shampoos, hoof oil, brushes, and more
  • On-site washer and dryer available for blankets, wraps, saddle pads, and other horse laundry
  • Use of all facility amenities included: indoor ring, outdoor sand ring, outdoor grass ring, hacking trails, grooming areas, indoor wash stalls with hot and cold water, and tack room

Health & Emergency

  • Coordination with your veterinarian, farrier, dentist, and other equine professionals as required (professional fees are the owner's responsibility)
  • Basic first aid for minor cuts, scrapes, or injuries
  • Management and assistance in emergencies — if the owner cannot be reached, Twisted Equine is authorized to obtain necessary veterinary care

  • Every new boarder is welcomed with an in-depth meeting with our entire team — we take the time to understand your horse's history, personality, goals, and individual needs before they ever arrive
  • Truly full-service — if your horse needs it, we take care of it

Barn Hours & Guidelines

A safe, respectful environment for every horse and person on the property.

Barn Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 9 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM – 7 PM
  • Hours subject to change for shows, vet appointments, farrier, etc.

Safety

  • ASTM/SEI-approved riding helmets required whenever mounted
  • No outside dogs allowed on property
  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult
  • New horses may be subject to quarantine
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use on the property
